Double booking an appointment slot and failing to notify the patient of the cancellation until AFTER the appointment start time is simply unacceptable. In their new patient paperwork you are informed upfront that failure to cancel an appointment without 24 hours advanced notice results in a cancellation fee for the patient. But what happens when they provide you no advance notice of a cancellation? Nothing. Sorry about your luck and wasted time. Avoid this place. They're unprofessional.
