I haven't actually purchased a vehicle from Jon but he indicated to me that he would be installing a used catalytic converter removed from his daughter's vehicle (so she could pass emissions in Virginia) on another vehicle which I believe is illegal. I assume that vehicle will be re-sold. At the very least, I would avoid buying an Equinox from him and I would consider this fact as a representation of his business practices.
